Human Experience ... Human Choices As human beings we undergo moral, cognitive, ego,
interpersonal, emotional and spiritual changes and dilemmas constantly. Sometimes they build up in us gradually - sometimes
with a jolt.. Not only that but they are all inter-related and the issues and feelings surrounding them can
be really tough to get to grips with. . And that`s not all. We all have varying degrees of self awareness, and even within each individual , you know for
yourself, that the level of self awareness, the clarity you have, changes from day to day depending
on what is demanding your attention at any one time. . How much more in healthy and balanced control of our lives we feel when we are coming from a
resourceful and centered state of being. We recognise when
we are - and the decisions and actions we take at such times are always far more fruitful ... and well just feel right.
. However, and here`s the tough bit - such a state of being is not something that the majority of us can bring about
at will. The likelihood of being in such a resourceful state seems to be a matter of chance, rather than
choice ... . It was for just such a reason that the Integrated Life Course came into being. Now you have a
choice to be resourceful every time.

Self awareness includes a recognition of our personality, our
strengths and weaknesses, our likes and dislikes .Developing self-awareness can help us to recognise when we are
stressed or under pressure. . It is also necessary
for effective communication and interpersonal relations, as well as for developing empathy for others. The better you understand yourself,the better you are able to accept or change who you are. . Being in the dark about yourself means that you will continue
to get caught up in your own internal struggles

* What do we mean by an Integrated Life Take a look at the following perspectives and you`ll recognise that each of these people are not living an Integrated Life. No matter whether a person on the face of it is successful - there is still a sense of dissatisfaction a deep down knowing that there is so much more to you. I have called this state of being: `Noble Discontent`. . Part of me is still trying to figure out what I want to be or do when I `grow up` and I suppose the point is that even at my age, with my seeming success I still have or feel an underlying sense of anxiety about who I am. Somehow I don`t feel complete. My life is fine, I think I have reached a certain maturity. And even though I`ve achieved a reasonable number of things I set out to do I quite simply don`t feel fulfilled. There`s something missing. . Sometimes
I feel that there’s bits of me spread all over the whole
spectrum of development…bits have grown, bits are stuck., bits are mature, and bits are quite frankly infantile!
I know this holds me back but I can’t quite put my finger on what I need
to do to grow and develop into a more integrated being. I`ve even tried Cosmic Ordering, but it doesn`t speak my language
... . I see myself as an outsider looking in on the world. I
know I am not getting the best out of my life. I have a deep unease that my fullness, or completeness, as a human being
will never be fully experienced by me. I feel as though my talents and gifts have allowed me to achieve success in a
way - but I have always felt I had a secret I was hiding : that
the face I show to the world, or that others see, is not the reality of who or what I really am. * *

It is well worth understanding the philosophy behind them and the `The Secret`. There is a huge corollary between knowing yourself, mentally, emotionally and spiritually and being able to implement and apply the wisdom they all reveal. All Integrated Life Course participiants will understand the principles in a more sophisticated way. . On completion of this course you will be fully aware of and have all the
